Commercial conversions which fall under Prior Approval for Offices to Residential of any size, Light Industrial up to 500m2, Retail units up to 150m2. We will also consider larger properties and those that require full planning permission

Acquisition of property portfolios

If you have any clients who have portfolios they wish to sell, we would be interested in purchasing them. We can buy a portfolio of any size but require that either they are below market value or have the potential to add value

New build sites for houses or apartments

We are always on the lookout for development sites for new builds whether it be for houses or for apartment blocks
